Description
Properties
Extremely powerful mobile impact crusher in uncompromising robust design, equally suited for recycling tasks and crushing limestone. Thanks to the electric drive of the crusher, supplied by a powerful diesel engine, even heavily reinforced concrete or large limestone blocks are not a problem. Due to the large open space between rotor and vibrating extractor and the wide discharge conveyor, even warped steel rods make their way into the contact area of the magnets collision-free. The drive concept and the clever structure of the machine also guarantee very economical operation.
-

Models
Innovative diesel-electric drive concept - impressive performance with the best possible consumption values
The crushing plants are equipped with efficient, powerful diesel-electric drives. They ensure environmentally friendly operation combined with low fuel consumption.
Efficient and powerful diesel-electric drive (A) for low fuel consumption (crusher and all conveyor belts are driven electrically)
External power supply (B) for even more economic application in quarries
Impact crusher
In contrast to pressure crushing, the impact crusher operates according to the impact crushing principle. In this process, the crushed material is picked up by a fast moving rotor, greatly accelerated and smashed against a fixed impact plate ("impact toggles"). From there, it falls back within range of the rotor. The crushed material is broken again and again until it can pass through the gap between the rotor and impact toggle.
