Description
Compact Offset Slipform Paver for Monolithic Profiles and Narrow Paths
-
The compact slipform paver paves a wide range of monolithic profiles up to 4 ft 3 in thick.
-
It can be used to easily pave concrete surfaces up to 7 ft wide (cannot be combined with all options).
-
The slipform paver is perfect for job sites that require a high degree of maneuverability, tight turning angles, and maximum flexibility.
-
Two crawler units with parallelogram swing arms at the front and a movable crawler unit at the rear offer maximum flexibility and make zero clearance paving possible.
-
The machine can be precisely controlled via stringline scanning, without a stringline using WIRTGEN AutoPilot 2.0, or via 3D applications.

WIRTGEN leveling technology
WIRTGEN’s leveling technology adjusts height, depth, and pitch for extremely accurate results. In the process, the system permanently compares the actual values to predefined target values and adjusts the deviations proportionally. This state-of-the-art machine technology consistently guarantees outstanding leveling results and significantly reduces the machine operator’s workload.
WIRTGEN offers customers reliable hardware and software developed in-house. In this context, a variety of systems are used depending on the construction project and local conditions at the job site.
Slipform paving Offset
In offset applications, a concrete mixer transfers the concrete to the receiving hopper. The material is transported into the slipform via a swivel-mounted conveyor belt or a swivel-mounted auger conveyor. Depending on the machine model, the conveyor belt is available in various lengths and in a folding version. Different versions of the auger conveyor are also available. Whether conveyor belt or auger - all of the settings such as conveyor speed, inclination angle, or position can be adjusted at the touch of a button.
WIRTGEN AutoPilot 2.0
Automatic 3D control system for SP 15 / SP 15i / SP 25 / SP 25i
WIRTGEN provides customers with AutoPilot 2.0, an innovative and economical alternative system for steering regulation via stringline or other 3D machine control systemsdeveloped in-house.
The system is based on GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) and assists with the automated paving of a wide variety of offset and inset profiles, such as concrete safety barriers on highways or curbs for traffic islands. As opposed to conventional 3D systems, the digital data model is created right on the construction site. Even complex profile configurations can be created on the job site and within a short period of time.
The major advantage of the system is that it eliminates time-consuming surveying operations, the installation and removal of stringline, or the need to prepare a geodetic data model.
