ZAHN® R300 TOOL CARRIER AND VIBRATORY PLOW
The innovative design of the Zahn R300 tool carrier means you don’t have to sacrifice power for versatility. With both the high- and low-lift models, you’ll get maximum productivity from the dozens of available quick-change compact utility attachments. But the versatility doesn’t cost you anything in performance, with a unique InterChange™ connection that lets the front end become the machine and perform like a dedicated unit.
BUILT FOR TIGHT SPACES.
The Zahn vibratory plow can install utilities and conduit in tight spaces, around troublesome obstacles and under delicate turf.
• Soft-touch, color-coded controls are easy to grip and provide smooth operation.
• Standard cruise control, which locks in operating speeds, reduces operator fatigue and increases productivity.
• Fully hydraulic, articulated steering provides unmatched maneuverability, enabling you to easily trench a curve.

• Optional high flotation tires distribute weight evenly to minimize impact on lawns and other delicate turf, optional tracks increase stability and performance.
TOOL CARRIER
• 73-inch (1.85-m) hinge pin height provides the flexibility to perform an extensive range of tasks.
• Roomy, ride-on platform absorbs shock, reduces fatigue and keeps you out of dirt, mud and debris.
• Dual-element remote air cleaner provides outstanding filtration even in dusty conditions.
• Optional self-leveling kit—an exclusive feature—ensures that the attachment is level, so work can be more accurate and efficient.
• Kickstand for quick and easy attachment to and removal from the power unit.
• Exclusive traction-assist feature provides extra drawbar on demand, enabling you to push more, pull more and traverse soft ground with minimal tire slippage.
• 4-bar linkage on bucket curl increases rollback and dump angles so you can move materials more efficiently.
• Standard attachment plate provides maximum versatility; accepts more than 40 quick-change attachments.
VIBRATORY PLOW
• Variable blade pitch allows operator to change the angle of the leading edge of the blade to be more or less aggressive, to match soil conditions.
• Accepts standard Ditch Witch® vibratory plow blades, eliminating the need to purchase new blades.
• Optional reel carrier provides efficient installation of cable with minimal jobsite restoration.
• Optional sod cutter and skid shoes provide greater versatility and minimize restoration.
• Ergonomically designed operator’s station features soft-touch, color-coded controls that are easy to learn and provide smooth, easy operation.
• 9-gallon (34.06-L) fuel tank enables you to work long hours without having to refuel; the tank’s molded-in sight glass allows you to keep an eye on fuel consumption.
• Convenient cargo tray is large enough to store a water bottle, work gloves, cell phone, or assorted tools.

TRENCHER
• Accepts two types of trencher front ends, both of which concentrate weight on the digging chain so it can penetrate the ground easier.
• Hydraulic auger that runs independent of the headshaft (patent-pending feature) is standard on 4WD trenchers, optional on 2WD models; this feature reduces the amount of carryover, increasing productivity.
• Hydraulic drive eliminates maintenance of chains, belts and linkages, and allows the use of a reversible digging chain that dislodges rocks and other debris without manual assistance.
• High-performance, 27-hp (20.1-kW) Kohler® engine enables truly dedicated trenching performance.
• Two-wheel-drive models accept chains up to 8 inches (203 mm) wide; 4WD model accepts up to a 12-inch (305-mm) chain, so you can dig trenches for virtually any application.
• Choice of 18-inch (457-mm) or 20-inch (508-mm) urethane-filled, flat-proof tires, provide heavy-duty performance, stability and minimal tire deflection under load.
